Our story begins with Comandante through an emotional narrative. Comandante, an energetic and optimistic dog, dreams of finding a home while living in a kennel. His routine changes when Cartón arrives, a greyhound marked by suffering and mistreatment, who transforms this coexistence into a journey of empathy and care, where true values emerge without expecting anything in return.

“Comandante and Cartón” is not just a campaign, but a tribute to the true athletic spirit through a powerful message to its fans and to the world: true victory lies in acts born from the heart. Remembering that in a world marked by division, loyalty stands as a fundamental value, and in all its forms, it will always be a triumph.

Atlético de Madrid launches this project in collaboration with 10 associations dedicated to the protection of abandoned animals. The main objective of this initiative is to promote responsible adoption and give a second chance to pets that have suffered mistreatment or have been abandoned.
